Goldbeck, a pioneer photographer, traveled around the world several times between 1920 and 1985, making panoramic photos of historic and famous sites. The book recounts his life and contains 20 of his greatest shots, reproduced actual size, 10x50-inch foldouts. This work was made possible through a grant from Eastman Kodak Company, arranged by Clyde Burleson, and won the internationally famous Maine Award as outstanding photographic book of 1987.
