     Former minor league basketball player Ted Snowe lives next door to standup comic Buster Hightower and Buster's love, Carla Chance, owner of the aptly-named Last Chance Insurance Agency. Unbeknownst to Buster and Carla, Ted is a hit man who isn't. He immobilizes his subjects and gives them the choice of doing it the conventional way or accepting a new identity he's prepared.
