My new thriller, TRAFFYCK, has just been released. While researching this serious topic, terrorized victims and families became real, especially because my family roots are in Eastern Europe. If one person with compassion and vigilance helps save one victim after meeting the brave rescuers I have portrayed, this will be enough.

I wrote TRAFFYCK after I finished CHERNOBYL MURDERS because of all the human trafficking information I came across during research. It still goes on. The threat is to family back home, so those trafficked will comply. It is insane. In my home state of Michigan, men have been put in jail for this crime at the infamous Cheetah Club.
I have to go to my local library (20 miles) to get high speed internet because out in the woods where I live I only have dialup. Every time I see an phone companny truck around I ask about them putting in the lines, but the answer is always that I'm too remote. That's it for now.
